Really enjoyable relaxing stay

Liked: The owners were helpful and friendly. Right next to the beach with municipal carpark virtually next door. Excellent breakfasts at a table in our own lounge and looking at the sea
Disliked: The door to the bathroom catches a little on the bedroom carpet - being a light sleeper this woke me when my husband got up in night

Great room in the heart...

Liked: Great room in the heart of New Quay with friendly hosts - what more could you want! Next to a car park, 2 minute walk from the harbour, a lovely beach, you can see dolphins in the harbour from the window or from the comfortable balcony seating area. Oh and don't forget a 10/10 marvellous breakfast delivered to your room each morning! Would stay here again and again!

Disliked: I found the stairs a bit tricky to get up up the accommodation gearing in kind I am due to have a knee replacement! Didn’t think there would be so many steps

Great weekend, looking forward to...

Liked: Hosts were super friendly and accomodating. Living area of the room was great, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Location is particularly good, very central, and great views out over the sea. No parking at the property, but there's a car park right next door.
Disliked: There are compromises for some of the positives:The large living room space is great, but the bathroom is small.With the location being right on the sea front, it can be quite busy around the property and on the car park.

Liked: Could not have chosen a better place to stay our hosts were amazing couldn't do enough for us the views were amazing there was a balcony with comfortable seating even binoculars to watch the dolphins which we were lucky enough to see ,breakfast was brought to our room which was fabulous would definitely recommend staying here
Disliked: There wasn't anything that we didn't like

Liked: The location was fabulous with a view over the bay. Dolphins on our last morning. The breakfast was gorgeous. Plenty and beautifully presented.

A perfect little bolthole for...

Liked: Really spacious lounge. Large comfortable bed. Except breakfast. Friendly staff. Superb location.
Disliked: Shower was a big snug, but still perfectly serviceable. Make sure you bring your own toiletries.
