Beautiful place with beautiful staff.

Liked: Perfect quiet location, near the beach too
Disliked: TV not able to connect to Netflix and prime time,2 ladies and a gentleman tried long time to fix it in our room but failed. TV/ MOVIES is a MUST on vacations.The sink faucet is very hard to control, water comes out with great force. Room 16.

Liked: the property was very clean and the staff was wonderful
Disliked: there is no noise insulation and we heard every step the people in the room above ours made all night and got no sleep. you could hear a lot from outside as well but that wasn’t nearly as disruptive.

Liked: The room and facilities were good.
Disliked: The receptionist on arrival seemed to have a bad taste in her mouth towards white rich guests (her words not mine) and when i asked how the area was as this was my first visit to Montauk she went on about the discrimination against people of colour, etc. I was quite shocked to recieve a summary of racisim in the area when all i wanted to know what sights to see and where ro get dinner. The other staff were lovely.

Liked: From the beginning to the end, excellent!!! Place was spotless, and we got an upgrade to a bigger room for no additional cost. There were 5 star right there!!!!
Disliked: I don't have any negative comments about this place. I totally recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice and good location place.
