Good

Liked: The rooms were ok and the location was just ok. We really wanted beach front but that wasnt possible.
Disliked: The porch faced the marsh...rather have it the other way. The breakfast was really lacking.

Top notch inn and staff...

Liked: The food served was good but after having bacon and eggs several years ago we were a bit disappointed they weren't available this stay
Disliked: Bacon eggs waffles etc more hot items

Disliked: No handle bars in bathroom, 3 flights of stairs

Really loved the Inn overall...

Liked: Was good but wanted scrambled eggs and bacon previously on the menu and was looking forward to it each morning but wasn't there.
Disliked: Inn should have n elevator. Way too many steps with luggage.

Liked: Breakfast was exceptional, with hot food, oatmeal, homemade breads, cereal, yogurt, fruit, coffee, etc Front and back views from the 2nd floor were beautiful. Our room was fantastic, decorated nicely, very beachy!
Disliked: My only suggestion (suggestion only, not a complaint) would be to have fresh coffee available sooner, maybe 7 am, and breakfast a little earlier, maybe 7:30, for us early birds
