Forced to sleep in car.

Disliked: I was arriving late for check in, the front desk assured me they would arrange to have someone available to check me in, but when I arrived the door was locked and no one was working the front desk. I called and rang the doorbell multiple times to no answer. I waited for over thirty minutes but nobody showed up. Finally I decided to look for other accommodations but there was no vacancy in the area. Ultimately I was forced to sleep in my car.

Liked: I'm happy to return there after 7 years and find that everything is being kept in best quality.
Disliked: Breakfast is more a word than a meal.
