Liked: Little bit shabby needs a handy man to fix cupboard draws. The pull out bed didn't work so we all had to sleep in the bed. But the bed was large and very comfortable

Liked: Spacious room. No noise. Comfy bed. Good food and drink.
Disliked: Staff could have been friendlier on reception. Waiting staff in the restaurant made up for this though as they were friendly and helpful.

Disliked: This hotel needs some money, effort and support from head office.To name but a few things:Pillows were rock hard - never had such hard pillows; husband got a crick in his neck.No fridge in room, lots of issues eg bathroom basin tap squirted water in all directions, toilet was hard to flush, bathroom door handle was very loose - almost coming off. Shower controls were corroded - could only have shower almost cold or very hot. Wardrobe door was dangerous. Only two lamps in bedroom and one didn’t work (it was on a round pin plug). No overhead light in bedroom so had to grope way to bedside lamp. No batteries in remote for tv in seating area. Bedroom tv remote had buttons got all sorts like Netflix, Amazon, iplayer but couldn’t access any of them.We ate there on one evening - food was mediocre at best.Whole place felt grubby - same crumbs were on floor in corridor for the duration of our stay. Likewise on stairs and in bar/restaurant areas.All in all, a poor quality hotel that could be so much better. Felt a bit ripped off.
