Liked: The room was large & clean
Disliked: Checking in area is in the pub/ restaurant and had to go & look for staff. It's not the best check in area as the pub was also busy. Too much bird noise from 4am making it hard to sleep.

Liked: We stayed at the hotel and overall the room was fairly clean, which we appreciated. However, there were a few issues that made our stay uncomfortable.At night, the room became extremely stuffy, and without any air conditioning, it was hard to breathe and sleep properly. In the morning, we couldn’t find where breakfast was served. No one informed us about the location or the time, so unfortunately we missed it.A bit more attention to guest comfort and communication would definitely improve the experience.

Disliked: We requested an early check in as we were attending a wedding and needed to change, this was accepted, but when we arrived as predicted at 11am none of our rooms were ready, but other people checking in were given their room keys immediately

Liked: We requested an early check in as we were going to a wedding but none of our three rooms were ready makes a mockery of making a request. Radiators in corridors were on all night, even though to temperature was 30 degrees

Liked: Room was good good staff
Disliked: The cost of parking closing restaurant early sitting in very dim bar to eat meal no room phone to ring for anything had to keep going to bar when it was open which wasn't much 🙃 there was a long wait for water to heat up no tea spoon for the days no clean towels we had to ask for them
