This ruin our stay and...

Disliked: We requested an early check in as we were attending a wedding and needed to change, this was accepted, but when we arrived as predicted at 11am none of our rooms were ready, but other people checking in were given their room keys immediately

Liked: We requested an early check in as we were going to a wedding but none of our three rooms were ready makes a mockery of making a request. Radiators in corridors were on all night, even though to temperature was 30 degrees

Disliked: The cost of parking closing restaurant early sitting in very dim bar to eat meal no room phone to ring for anything had to keep going to bar when it was open which wasn't much
