Liked: Nice people, including parking attendants. Clean and pleasant room.
Disliked: Only improvement would be a mini refrigerator in the room.

First time in New Haven for a concert at Westville (so much fun) and this hotel was the perfect place to crash after a long night.

Liked: Super clean; super friendly; nice sized room; access to The Board Room to work was amazing!
Disliked: No fridge in the room was a bummer.

Liked: Nice space, good location, complimentary coffee in the morning was nice, and we enjoyed the perk of having a fitness center
Disliked: Small things that are trivial but go a long way - for a property deemed “the study at Yale” a prestigious university , I would expect more advanced tech touches, such as a smart TV, which the tv was not, as well as better outlet system (no plug next to the bed - typically hotels now have lamps / lighting that also have outlets or USB plugs, this has neither, rather an outlet across the room). These are smallThings but just expected a modern hotel to have them

Liked: The location is outstanding. I was in New Haven for my nephew's senior thesis performance at Yale and The Study is very convenient. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The sheets weren't very soft.

Great taste of the area...

Liked: Staff were cheerful and helpful. Location is perfect for Yale campus activities. Room, lobby, and restaurant were comfortable yet upscale. Young and old both looked to be working on laptops in the lobby area. Breakfast menu had plenty of choice and was delicious. Beds were comfortable. Allowed late checkout, and kept our car with luggage in it until we left around 5. We happily valeted the car…not sure parking the car would have been an option in this area of town.

Liked: The staff were above and beyond : Alex Suro, Steve, Joslyn, Brianna @ checkin, Chris were so thoughtful. They all went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, much appreciate.
Disliked: Would like to have more comfortable bed, comforter and pillow if possible.

Highly recommended if you are...

Liked: 12 noon checkout, lobby lounge very pleasent, all staff very friendly
Disliked: The room seemed a little dated.
