Liked: Nice people, including parking attendants. Clean and pleasant room.
Disliked: Only improvement would be a mini refrigerator in the room.

Josh, Hartsdale, visiting Westville Music Bowl

First time in New Haven for a concert at Westville (so much fun) and this hotel was the perfect place to crash after a long night.

Liked: Super clean; super friendly; nice sized room; access to The Board Room to work was amazing!
Disliked: No fridge in the room was a bummer.

Fine except for poor breakfast...

Liked: The hotel itself is good but small things annoy (like lack of places to plug in and charge your phone, confusing bedside lamps switches).
Disliked: The host at breakfast needs to get a job she likes rather look and act like she would wish to be anywhere else. It’s not the first time I have encountered her and she is basically anti customer service. She literally fired the menu on to the table (maybe because I dared ask to sit at the window- the place was empty). The waitress was nice but why did I have to wait 30 mins for a basic breakfast when approx only four tables in use. Ironically I only stayed in The Study because my other favourite hotel (The Blake) doesn’t do breakfast. Guest where I am staying next time!

Lots of noise

Liked: It was a beautiful location within walking distance of many shops. The room itself was clean and appealing.
Disliked: The noise level on the street was absolutely ridiculous. There was a vehicle sitting directly outside our room on two occasions blasting music for extended periods of time, and there were people screaming. This happened until after 3AM. We expected better at Yale.
