A warm welcome and comfortable...

Liked: The warmest of welcomes greeted me at The Studley Hotel. Very professional and helpful. The front desk creates the first impression and this experience was excellent.
Disliked: There was very little not to like, however a small pointer for housekeeping would be to check that soap dispensers work/pump out soap once refilled and shower heads turned down in order not to soak the floor/guest when turned on.I would have liked Wi-Fi, but not the end of the world!

Disliked: Only one towel in our small double room where the bathroom window did not close properly and was exposed to the street.

Liked: The hotel is OK but rooms are very small
Disliked: Do not use the lift me and my husband got stuck in lift for 45 minutes it was horrendous. The staff were very good in helping us get out but the lift is so small and very claustrophobic I understand that accidents can happen but really it has traumatised me and I will never go in a lift again

Disliked: general cleanliness was poor, carpets looked tired and dirty and building was been renovated, door casings missing and part decorated walls.
