Great location but a bit...

Liked: Great location and staff.
Disliked: Room 31 was rather small. Bathroom which only had a shower was minute. Friends had room 35 which had a bath was a much nicer size. Got an email the night before we arrived saying the lift was out of order which meant we had to climb at least two flights of stairs when two of our party have serious health problems ( which I had previously contacted the hotel about)

Liked: The hotel and decor is beautiful had breakfast once it came complimentary because we stayed an extra night couldn't fault it plenty of choice
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like (but didn't bother the other half) was the veiw or lack of it but suppose its not a big issue and it was on the ground floor so no stairs to climb.

Disliked: Sausages needed to be better quality

Perfect weekend away with friends.

Liked: Really accessible to the centre. Lovely staff and a 24 hour bar.
Disliked: N/A

Disliked: The bed was a bit lumpy and the pillows were hard
