Wonderful staff, nice room, great...

Liked: Wonderful staff that was super kind and helpful. The room was really nice and well equipped with a little kitchenette. Although outside the city centre, the hotel is in a very nice neighbourhood with bars and restaurants close by, as well as the Kralingen park and lake.
Disliked: The duvet on the bed was very thick and warm and they did not have a thinner version. The receptionist told me that I wasn't the first one to complain about this. Maybe they should make a change?
