Liked: I got the quality and service that I am used to get from Social Hub. Definitely one of the most reliable hotel chains with good, spacious, modern and clean rooms, and perfect customer service.

Not as good as other...

Liked: Very friendly staff
Disliked: Room wasn’t clean (dirty marks on wall) / too many students (other social hub hotels have good ratio of students & holidaymakers) / cafe was far too expensive £6 bag of crisps / app didn’t work to use laundry / gym was small & not much equipment/ lift didn’t work and we were located furthest away / plug sockets didn’t work on bed / main plug socket wasn’t very powerful / views from room was rubbish - literally!
