The Stuart Hotel Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

Wouldn't recommend.

Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: Just a dribble from the shower and hand basin. The hotel bar closed at 10 45 and we were told that we don't want to encourage unsocial behaviour; the night time receptionist was very rude. No hot water.

Liked: Breakfast was really nice. Good selection to choose from. Staff were very friendly and bar open 24 hours
Disliked: Toilet squealed after flushing when it was refilling. No aircon so room was really hot although fan is provided it cant be kept on all night due to noise.

Disliked: The layout of the room was a bit odd, especially the toilet/shower room.Infact the shower cubicle was so small it was virtually unusable, even as a thin person I struggled to use it.

Liked: The standard of food in the restaurants hotel was excellent. Also the staff themselves were very welcoming, friendly and professional.
Disliked: The rooms are looking very dated. The room I was in had a huge crack through one wall which worsened during my two night stay (reported to the reception desk).
