Disappointing

Disliked: Staff - especially Sneha super rude!! Awful

As a customer i have...

Disliked: cleanliness of the room, no toilet paper, having to pay for carpark and even though i was a customer who previously paid for two days of stay i have arrived one day earlier due to life circumstances and was presented with a quote for a room for the night of £163.....ridiculous

Good location but dated facilities.

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: The rooms were dated and facilities such as toilet and shower were poor.

Liked: Comfortable bed. Evening meal was nice.
Disliked: A bit mean with the tea and coffee, etc in the room. Had to pay for the parking. The cooked buffet breakfast was cold.

Last minute booking due to...

Liked: We didn't choose to have breakfast as we found it cheaper elsewhere. Room generally nice and clean ( but see below), hot water, quiet, comfy bed. All we could ask for.
Disliked: There was a crisp down the side of the bed which suggested that part of the room had not been cleaned very thoroughly.

Not in the best area...

Liked: Very friendly helpful lady in reception who tried hard to move our rooms closer to each other but wasn’t successful
Disliked: Tired accommodation, very expensive bar.
