Could be better?

Liked: The location is excellent. The hotel is clean and the staff couldn't be better. The Big Bad Breakfast is great for morning coffee and the food was very good. Although limited, it's nice that room service for a snack is also available if you happen to arrive later or just need something quick and easy. It would be nice to have a salad option or fruit plate on the menu instead of only fried foods or burgers.
Disliked: The room I was given faced the street and was somewhat noisy at times due to the activity outside. The walls for the surrounding rooms are also thin and conversations, the TV, etc. could often be heard. As a business traveler, it was disappointing that the room did not have an actual desk for computer or writing. There was not a comfortable chair for work either. The television in the room did not work for 2 of the 3 nights I stayed. Parking is not ideal because there is no designated area for parking. After hours when the shops, etc are closed, street parking closer to the hotel entrance was more readily available. For leisure travel, I think the hotel would be great. It's not (or at least the room I had was not) designed for a business traveler especially with regard to space to work, etc if necessary. I'd stay again for a leisure visit, but likely choose another option for business travel when in Florence.

Liked: Location and proximity to BBB for breakfast
Disliked: Loud live music from the bar below in the basement until 2 AM both nights. We absolutely won't return for that reason.

Beautiful building in the heart...

Liked: The property was spotless,very quaint,extremely friendly staff.It had restaurants on both sides and happy hour in the basement.Very comfortable and quiet.Located near UNA campus and other things within walking distance.
Disliked: On street parking.But they cover the ticket if you happen to get one😉

Liked: Clean. Comfortable. Excellent location. Boiler Room downstairs made this a fantastic stay.
Disliked: Nothing bad to say

Liked: Lovely property and location
Disliked: AC wasn’t working. Toilet not working. Ac was set to Celsius and off. So the room was hot. The toilet flush was broken and we had to fix it. Next door had a band that played till 2 AM. And we were up till then. The rooms are very small.
