Liked: Staff were so accommodating and the room was so quiet and comfortable
Disliked: Parking

Disappointing

Liked: Good location to restaurants.
Disliked: It wasn't as clean as it should have been. The floors were sticky, the bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. I did not sleep well at all. From the elevator to the room needed to be cleaned top to bottom. I have stayed here twice before and everything was clean and comfortable. But not this time.

It basically sucked.

Liked: Not much. The young lady at the front desk was friendly but had no information.
Disliked: We paid extra for a view of downtown but there were loud cars revving their engines right in front of our room all night. The tv service provided was the worst. It was way overpriced. I think we got bed bugs. All in all a pretty bad stay.

Liked: Location. location. Location. Having a breakfast place and bar in the building was great. I like staying in old building, so the creaking wood floors are quaint.
Disliked: Having to pay for breakfast after paying far too much for a hotel in downtown Florence. They say that all beds are king-sized, but they are "hotel kings", so a little smaller than your king bed at home. At 5' 11" my toes were hanging off the end of the bed.

Very good

Liked: Great location, clean room, good shower, very good breakfast downstairs. The best breakfast on our trip.
Disliked: The walls were pretty thin, we could hear the neighbour from the next room make a phone call.
