Close to the beach, great...

Liked: Great location, friendly staff, lovely room,(corner), beautiful building.
Disliked: Hall carpets were a little worn, but still fine.

Liked: The staff the most very friendly maybe a bit under staffed but they still did their best.
Disliked: Wished there were windows to open up for fresh air.

We had a great stay....

Liked: The hotel was in a good location and the staff was friendly and helpful. The beds are really comfortable. On check in we were offered a choice of room and warned that the ocean view room on the fourth floor was right below the rooftop bar.
Disliked: The comforter had stains on it and the water pressure at the shower was not great. We chose a room on the fourth floor so the rooftop bar was pretty loud on Saturday night but was fine the rest of our stay.
