Not worth considering again.

Disliked: Breakfast was unacceptable in that the menu was the brunch menu, which may account for the lack of jam/marmalade, but does not excuse the lack of condiments on the tables. Sunday breakfast even lacked the pots of tea that were provided on Saturday, make it yourself is not good enough.Room 33, originally allocated, has a bath literally tucked under the eaves, to the extent that the shower was unusable unless sitting in the bath.. Room 27 is 6' wide and 12' long, with the smallest television imaginable, no remote control. The hotel is a schizoid split between the bar/restaurant area being fairly comfortable and smart, and the cheap as possible room furnishings, no air conditioning, stained carpet, room 33, and a lack of interest in the customer appearance. The obvious minimality of staff employed reflects totally on the service standards received. This may well be to reduce costs, a reduction not reflected in room pricing, but is definitely showing in all other areas.

Pleasant

Liked: Staff were friendly room and good size good location
Disliked: Breakfast menu very limited only 1 option from entire menu allowed on B & B booking with tea or coffee, fruit juice or more than 1 course etc added charge only 1 cereal option (granola) available. Shower head very small and set to low, shower had to run for 5 mins before water hot enough -- wasting water. Food at bar expensive

Good hotel for the price...

Liked: Great location for Biggleswade town. Room was clean and spacious. Bed comfortable.
Disliked: The room was so hot I couldn't sleep properly. We were also not informed of the night entrance so were wandering around at night trying to find where to go.

Awful

Liked: The room was big enough and the parking was free
Disliked: The lack of communication, I received an email 2 days before with all check in and check out times. However they failed to mention staff leave early and gave my room key to someone else to give to me (absolute red flag), if this information was on the email I would have gone to check in after the wedding ceremony, My partner then went downstairs at 8:30 the next day to meet the rest of the wedding party to then be told check out was at 10 and we needed to leave the room. The email we received stated check out was 11am. And there was no mention of needing to check in by a certain time.

Liked: Friendly staff clean and smart room. Very good food with great service
Disliked: Strange arrangement for breakfast one free item then pay for anything else e. g. fresh orange was an extra!

Pleasant

Liked: The location and the restaurant, which was excellent
Disliked: The room was in poor condition, and the shower was very poor. Lack of water and took ages to warm up. The included breakfast was good, but too many things were extra, eg, fruit juice.

Work related, cost effective but...

Liked: Breakfast good,Staff greatLocation great
Disliked: Small room which is OK, but only a dining room chair to sit on.No hot water for shower on Tuesday and extra fan was not working correctly, mentioned about no hot water for a shower on Wednesday morning to breakfast staff, she said she would mention it, no hot water Wednesday another cold shower, but the extra fan was fixed and I'd forgot to mention that.Pleased it wasn't the winter months as I'd asked for my money back and looked for alternative accomodation.
