A good and relaxing stay

Liked: Friendly staff, cosy old established place, very convenient for railway, town centre and outside are to sit. Open all day as a place to eat and drink. Room well equipped with clean linen, sockets, places to sit and good storage.
Disliked: Shower door leaked, wrong size taps on sink made rinsing hands difficult, noise on street outside caused by removal of rubbish wheely bins after 1am and would have liked fresh simple snacks on lunch choice.

Disliked: When i arrived at reception., I said good afternoon. I have booked a room, the response was well done. When I asked what he meant by the statement he didn't respond. I asked again, again he didn't respond. The rooms wete dirty and even the toilet seat was broken. .

Disliked: It's a property is in need of upgrading. The breakfast was very poor.

Disliked: Rooms a little tired and showers/bath in need of an update.
