Absolutely shocking!

Disliked: False advertisement on Booking.com. I had to pay £40 more for the room in the photos. I want to log a complaint and receive a refund. Also the staff members kept opening my room door even though I would say no to Housekeeping. One woman in particular opened the door to give us a mug and was insistent on handing it over despite the fact that we were both having sex at the time. I was in lingerie and my man was naked. Totally inappropriate. She would not go away.

Liked: Location. Food in restaurant was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: It would benefit from refurbishment. Fixtures and fittings are tired. In our room blinds not working so had poor nights sleep due to lights on in car park. Beds not great. Needs bath mat as shower saturates floor!
