Comfortable beds lovely and clean...

Liked: The lady that served us breakfast and checked us out was lovely ….. so attentive there were a lot of us and all our needs were met she was so smiley and helpful
Disliked: Maybe the breakfast drinks could have been included in the price - also in our room - room 4 the shower screen wasn’t able to be moved to reach the taps as I am quite small

Liked: The breakfast was a very good price and the food was cooked very well and was nice and hot

Liked: Location, friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Little bit tired around the edges and even grubby in the corners. Bit basic, but it was fine. I enjoyed my stay.

Liked: Staff were lovely and friendly and properly was clean
Disliked: Mattress needs replacing together with pillows which were flat . Both resulted in a terrible nights sleep

Liked: I liked the fact their was plenty of room in the 2 rooms.Plus the big bed.As well as that the quirkiness and exposed beams with the uneven floor
Disliked: I banged my head a couple if times in the bathroom and toilet, but once I got used to it then it was ok.

Disliked: The bed was super uncomfortable and left us with around 3 hours sleep. We ended up leaving a day early due to it, although this was communicated to the person we early checked out with they did nothing to rectify the issue or even apologise. He just pulled a face and said oh okay.
