Liked: They upgraded our room for us for free since it was the night of our wedding.
Disliked: Housekeeping walked into our room without knocking over an hour before our check out time and this was the day after our wedding. We submitted feedback via Hilton and sent a message back to the manager when she requested additional feedback but we never heard back after that. We even reached out to the front desk about the additional feedback saying the manager would get back to us in the next few days and they never did.

Liked: Location was perfect for our stay.

It was fine but for...

Liked: Facilities were clean and the staff was friendly. There were lots of plugs in the room for devices which is hard to come by in older properties. The shower was good with good water pressure
Disliked: Lots of plastic and non recyclable items - no glassware in the room. The A/C unit was not able to keep the room cool enough and it's unclear if it was even set to the right temperature. The bed was not very comfortable although the pillows were good. The counter in the bathroom was really high and I had to stand on my tiptoes to wash my face. The toilet paper was cheap. We almost bought better TP at Wegmans
