Disliked: Hotel fully booked on arrivalStated i only had 1 room when I had booked 3 rooms over 12 months ago.People in our rooms when finally sorted out then made to wait 3 hours for new rooms only to be woken at 2am by the original room users

Liked: This is a lovely hotel, in a quiet location, very clean and comfortable. The food was of a good standard.Our room was lovely and ideal for an overnight stop. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, a hairdryer, ironing board and iron and toiletries and there was a lift to access the upper floor, I would definitely recommend it.
Disliked: There wasn't anything I didn't like!

Liked: It was in a lovely location, with beautiful gardens.
Disliked: It was a very hot day, but the room was unbearably hot in the evening. We could have done with air con, or at least a fan.

Liked: We had a pleasant stay, reception staff were very friendly, and helpful, the room was well equipped with ironing board, fan, tea, coffee. Liked the old features of the hotel, and the lovely garden and grounds.
Disliked: Our bed was a bit hard, a mattress topper would have improved it, and smoothed out the split in mattresses when made as a double. Breakfast was fine but quite basic, I would have loved a bit more fruit, or nice brown bread or granola. We requested hand towels as there weren't any in our room, but they never appeared during our 2 night stay, and as reception wasn't always manned it was hard to catch someone to request more.

Liked: A very convenient location for all our extra sight seeing into Stratford Upon Avon, beautiful grounds, great accessibility for family members with mobility issues. Very clean rooms & patio views of the golf course superb. All rooms were easily accessed & outside areas beautifully maintained. Lovely hotel.

Disliked: Told Saturday evening that restaurant not open Sunday evening and no room service available after 5pm Sunday.Inside looked shabby and in need of some tlc.In a garden terrace room and we had a guest from another room walking in front of our window flying a drone.Only had enough supplies left to make 1 coffee each in our room.Only had 1 hand towel in the bathroom.Hardly anybody staying there, expected it to be busier.
