Very good
Liked: Location was key as we were going to a concert at the stadium. Property itself was clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Price was quite high, especially as there wasn't even breakfast included. one of the Bathroom lights stayed on all night. No way of turning it off which for me was a bit odd. Ended up closing the door.

Underwhelmed and disappointed .
Liked: Great location near Stratford tube station and shopping mall. Parking at John Lewis park A perfect Friday 1445 pm to Sunday 1230 hours cost £49, superb. Also close to London Stadium,Abba Voyage venue among others. Many staff members were excellent and attentive .Nice outdoor area to have food and drinks when weather is good but need more seating.Staff at reception very helpful and courteous. Given complimentary breakfast and room upgrade for reasons below.Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.Bar staff were helpful and the Male manger was very proactive to help when things got busy on events day.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't included, at over £330 a night booked over 9 months ago it should be. Might be worth booking direct for better deal.Room wasnt ready even though check was at 3, took until 330 for it to be accessible. Small room ..awful lighting throughout the whole room. No shaving/make up mirror/light. Room very basic and small . Only one pair slippers and 1 dressing gown. No idea why there was a sweatshirt in the cupboard with hotel name. No written instructions on room service ,check times etc. I was informed there was not any room service by the waitress post event. As well as check out time and useful local information there was nothing to read. No price list for fridge content in room.Breakfast very badly managed both mornings but 2nd morning was terrible. Waited ages to be served then hurried along to order despite 15 minutes left to order. Fried egg whites undercooked and a mold used to fry them, playschool cooking I'm afraid. Asked for crispy bacon but wasnt to be.Waited an age for decaf tea, none available for the room ,only downstairs! No skimmed milk available. Poor communication between staff and management at the breakfast area. "Chefs" need to be aware the customers are watching them as they prepare food, not the most hygienic habits by some. For an apertaining 4/5 star hotel I was disappointed and it spoilt a much looked forward too weekend and celebration away.Arrived back from huge event held locally to be told no food available in bar or room service by one waitress and bar closing imminently. This was not the case, a pizza was cooked and further drinks ordered for sometime after when a helpful member of staff came along. Finally, £12 for a glass of Pino Grigio really wasn't worth that price so drink a pint for half the price!Dusty light fittings and ceiling right above eating area looks terrible and dingey lighting by reception to. Glad I don't have to work there.
