An excellent location for ABBA...

Liked: Well situated for sightseeing to main attractions with good transport links on the Elizabeth line. Speedy check in and prompt access to room. Comfortable beds, quiet rooms and a delicious a la carte breakfast with a varied choice of fruits, cereals, pastries and cooked options available. Good variety of restaurants in the area if eating out together with the Westfield shopping centre on the doorstep. Would recommend if attending the ABBA voyage event.

Liked: Clean property good location
Disliked: On site restaurant was very poor we ordered drinks , and then pizzas even though it was early and nobody else seated although outside was busy, after 45!minutes our food still had not arrived , we then had to mention it again and then another 20 minutes wait no offer of a free drink or anything very poor service and very expensive for what we got eventually , hotel bar was very overpriced even for London

All in All excellent

Liked: Lovely stylish hotel, very comfy beds, excellent fixtures and fittings bathrooms luxurious. Instructions for coffee machines would be useful (had to google
Disliked: only downside, I think at £250 a night you could include a continental breakfast.
