Welcoming, clean, comfy and just...

Liked: A lovely friendly welcome and an unexpected upgrade with an earlier check in. We were treated so well from the word go. We loved our stay and the staff were all very friendly and helpful from check-in to the bar area and breakfast. Room was spotless and super comfy with a lovely modern decor. Thank you so much!

Wonderful location and facilities and...

Liked: Clean, modern nicely appointed rooms and communal areas. Great bar and outer terrace.
Disliked: Tried to charge my room for breakfast when I had paid for breakfasts on booking the room… I had to explain on 3 separate occasions to waiting staff that I did not owe anything for breakfasts! Mini bar prices not advertised anywhere in the room and no information on check in regarding what (if anything) was complimentary, so it really was a guessing game… we left well alone after reading reviews about over priced minibar items charged to room…And then sure enough, 1 day after I checked out, a minibar charge left my bank account - just all felt a little too dishonest to me…

Great staff, breakfast excellent and...

Liked: Staff were all friendly and helpful from check in to restaurants and bars.The room was clean, comfortable and spacious compared to other places we have stayed.
Disliked: Was slightly difficult to find when arriving at Straford tube. When asking Westfield info they didn’t know where The Stratford Autograph Collection was so sent us the wrong way. We had to ask a postman and even he had to google it. Think it was a confusion regarding the name of the place.
