Liked: Amazing location. Great bars. Helpful staff.
Disliked: Our room was far too hot. Not able to open windows and AC didn't seem to work.

Disliked: The worst part of my stay here was that the front desk CHARGES to your credit card the security deposit. No hotels do this, but the Stratford did and when they refund the deposit as I am Canadian, we LOST $15.00 CAD in the charge-refund transaction. Why don't you put on hold on the credit card like all institutions?? I would like a refund. I did try to talk to the front desk upon check-in about the charging of the security deposit instead of doing a hold, and they could not change their process. This is not appropriate at all.
