Liked: clean spotless facility.
Disliked: The room and bathroom were a little too small

Decent, but overpriced for what...

Liked: Rooms were spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful, breakfast was ok.
Disliked: The location was excellent to get to downtown Stratford. But there is no reason to go to downtown Stratford. The largest of the festival venues is a half hour walk away. Better if you have a car. No staff after 7pm which is inconvenient for anyone arriving late. Furnishing was somewhere between vintage charm and grandmother’s yard sale.

Disliked: the carpet was disgusting and dirty. The hotel was grossly overpriced.

Disliked: This is the first hotel I've stayed at that did not have a traditional reception desk. Honestly, nothing was traditional about this property. You walk into the lobby and someone is sitting on a laptop waiting to check you in, which took way too long. This hotel had breakfast, which is nice to offer, but when there are plastic trays for you to grab a plate and you have to bend down to the small landing that is almost the same height as a step that people walk down to get a bagel, I knew something was off. No coffee offered in the morning. They had a few juice options, one slipped out of my hand, fell, shattered, and got me and the floor covered in juice. As a paying guest, I was left to my own devices to figure out how to clean the floor since no one from the staff was on site. They have a phone number listed on the outside side of the door to call if you need anything, but after calling twice and getting no answer, I gave up and went to my room to grab a clean bath towel to wipe the floor. I could go on and on, but it's not worth it, nor is staying at this property. A big swing, and an ever bigger miss...

Liked: Good location. Good spread.
Disliked: Awkward to know to bring coffee from the room. Nespresso machine in room malfunctioned. It didn't seem to work. Employee came twice and it intermittently worked/didn't work. Not a useful arrangement.
