Liked: Quite complicated check-in process; inundated with too many email messages. Staff not always competent and knowledgeable about the procedures for check-in.

Liked: Breakfast was good. However it would be better if coffee/tea was available ( there weren’t enough cups in our room for coffee and we assumed it would be part of breakfast. Hotel was very quiet

Liked: The fireplace at the end of the bed. That was very tranquil and relaxing. I was glad to see that the cosy room I got was this one and not the one with the fireplace at the side of the bed. When I come back, I will ensure that I have this room again. I really enjoyed it.

Liked: Location was excellent. Appreciated the ease of contactless check in/out!
Disliked: The bathroom was a little odd, with the toilet in one bathroom and the shower in the other! The shower was pretty small. But the water pressure and the soaps/lotions/shampoo provided were great.
