Yeah, never staying here again...

Disliked: This is the first hotel I've stayed at that did not have a traditional reception desk. Honestly, nothing was traditional about this property. You walk into the lobby and someone is sitting on a laptop waiting to check you in, which took way too long. This hotel had breakfast, which is nice to offer, but when there are plastic trays for you to grab a plate and you have to bend down to the small landing that is almost the same height as a step that people walk down to get a bagel, I knew something was off. No coffee offered in the morning. They had a few juice options, one slipped out of my hand, fell, shattered, and got me and the floor covered in juice. As a paying guest, I was left to my own devices to figure out how to clean the floor since no one from the staff was on site. They have a phone number listed on the outside side of the door to call if you need anything, but after calling twice and getting no answer, I gave up and went to my room to grab a clean bath towel to wipe the floor. I could go on and on, but it's not worth it, nor is staying at this property. A big swing, and an ever bigger miss...

Liked: Good location. Good spread.
Disliked: Awkward to know to bring coffee from the room. Nespresso machine in room malfunctioned. It didn't seem to work. Employee came twice and it intermittently worked/didn't work. Not a useful arrangement.

Disliked: Room was cramped. My husband couldn’t fit in the tiny shower. Washroom facilities a joke. Our room was fronting on the main road. We were not advised about having to reserve parking, so had to walk a short distance to park our car. Breakfast was included - toast / scones /strawberries / yogurt The description of the hotel room looked quite luxurious compared to the real thing. Overpriced for this hotel

Liked: Location is good
Disliked: Extremely low value for money. Breakfast was a literal joke - joghurt, cereal and bread and juice - on plastic single use dishes, NO coffee or tea. We ended up eating in our room. Paid parking up front, when you can park for free on in the area.Noisy floor boards in the whole building, you can hear when your neighbors move around. In our room, the floor was crooked. We slept the night before in a Marriott hotel for similar money, and were a lot more happy, with better breakfast.

Great staff, clean, right down...

Liked: If you're a theatre professional like me and you need accommodation to see a play at Stratford a lot, this is a GREAT place to stay. Clean, staff is super friendly, clean, great wifi, and most important, it's right downtown, close to all the theatres so you can stumble to your room after the show.

Liked: Quite complicated check-in process; inundated with too many email messages. Staff not always competent and knowledgeable about the procedures for check-in.
Disliked: Check-in process; receiving conflicting information from different staff on duty.

Disappointing
