Disliked: The fact that there was no wash rags and whn I did catch a house keeper in the hallway I asked for 3 hand rags to wash with she said all I could get was 2 even though it was 3 of us first hotel I ever been to that had no wash towels u had to use the hand towels to wash with also my room had a leak no one came up to assess the damage to the room or my things I've been coming to this hotel for over 13 years and I'm so surprised at the service that was given also I payed a extra 30$ a night for earlier check in and the front desk lady went on and on about how the room was a nicer newer room it looked old closet door to the fridge would not stay close i could not turn the ac down or off in my room because some one tapped the box closed funny thing I was eating a slice of toast one morning in bed it was so hard it flew everywhere on the bed crumb s like crazy I tried to dust it off as much as I could I left the room for the day came back the room was clean bed made let me also mention I had jelly on it anyway I came bck took a shower went to lay dwn what did I feel the crumb s from my break feast I pull the sheet bck there Is the jelly stain smfh yeah that's my experience

Liked: The only pleasant thing about our experience was the staff. We ultimately ended up booking with another hotel due to 2 room changes due to unkempt rooms.
Disliked: Our first room was on a non-smoking floor which clearly smelled of smoke from cigarettes and marijuana. Far more than lingering on someone who smoked prior to coming up the elevator. Smoke detector in our suite was clearly tampered with and the bedroom smelled of marijuana. Our second room was dirty. Shower clearly not checked for hair from previous guests, dust under the side tables (which was an issue for allergies and small children), one of the closets was coming off of the wall and the surrounding carpet felt like it had sustained previous water damage, floors not thorough swept/vacuumed. At this point I booked other accommodations elsewhere and went to the front desk to check out and receive a refund. We hadn't even been there a full 2 hours yet. This coupled with a pre-existing unpleasant stay has solidified our decision to not come back to the Strat when in Vegas. I have more pictures but bookings won't allow more than 4.

Liked: The rooms have been updated since my last visit (2014).
Disliked: No free wifi and the access to the Tower Observation Deck is no longer free for hotel guests.The pool only opens at 10am when the UV index is higher!
