Disappointing

Did not meet expectations!

Liked: Liked the location of the hotel.
Disliked: Hotel was dated, especially room and hallways. Carpet throughout hallways and room. Only non-carpeted area was the bathroom in the room. Breakfast was the same daily with minor changes to the meat option. Had to wait and ask staff for cup of hot water if you want a cup of tea. Had an issue with the room and after several attempts, staff did resolve the issue which was a relief.

Disappointing - not worth the...

Disliked: This hotel is 17 floors. For 2 of the 4 days that I stayed there, only one of the 2 elevators was working. The wait for the elevator was always long & crowded.The food at the "free" breakfast buffet was terrible - food either out of a bag or a box.

Liked: Free hot Breakfast is good.
Disliked: No fridge in room. Breakfast has only canned fruits instead of fresh fruits as they advertised. No hot water for the oatmeal bags.

Our stay was very nice...

Liked: Location, staff was friendly
Disliked: The beds were a little hard and uncomfortable.

Superb

Liked: The lounge chairs outside of the pool area were fabulous!
Disliked: Building and room needed updating.

Cleaning staff.. what's that?

Liked: Good beach access.
Disliked: Dirty rooms, cleaning staff just didn't come 3 of the 5 days we were there. Had to ask for new towels and toilet paper multiple times.
