Disliked: Cleanliness was low, breakfast buffet was no good, rooms outdated and smell like mold

Liked: The property had a great location right on the ocean and the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The property was advertised as a newly renovated place, but it was not renovated. It was very dated, but clean.

I would NOT recommend this...

Liked: I wouldn't say I "liked" anything because nothing stood out. I just took what I paid for and make it work, kind of had no choice. I did like the option of paying a non-refundable $50 resort incidental fees or fully refundable $100.00Oh the beds slept well. You did have a nice lady in housekeeping who I asked for towels and at the time she did not have any but when I left out and came back hours later I had towels hanging on the door in a bag for my husband and I. I really appreciated that.
Disliked: The place can be a lot cleaner and renovated. The place is old and smells like mildew in the rooms. The wrist bands that you give to open the room doors were wet and that's nasty because in the customers mind, I do not know where this came from or who had it on their wrist before me. So, I know that it was not sanitized before giving to new customers. The elevators were extremely slow me and my husband decided to just use the stairs since we were only on the 2nd floor. Alo the elevators can up updated the doors of the elevator as well are chipping away at the bottom like it's been a flood in the hotel or something. Thats the first thing we saw when we entered. We had a king suite and the furniture and appliances were old and out dated. When we walked in the room it reeked of mildew, Thankfully I had Disinfected spray that use use the whole entire can up in the room because the smell was awful. We were also right above the pool area and I could not get use to waking up to hearing people's conversations outside of the balcony at the pool before 9AM. Woke me up out of my sleep the last morning of my stay. There was no need to complain because nothing was going to get done about it. And breakfast if not so great they just give you whatever they have left in there, the breakfast is not consistent. One day you have turkey sausage the next day you have corn beef hash... just a potluck breakfast.

Liked: I love the location and the space was ok with all appliances although the dryer wasn’t working.
Disliked: The bed sheets were stained. When I called customer service no one picked up the phone and I had go to the front desk to get it myself a clean set. The floor had sand so it was a negative impression. No one cleaned my room and I run out of toilet paper.
