Liked: The staff were nice and easy access to the beach.
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like was my room was on the second floor and my oceanfront view became an ocean view with palm trees. I would have like a higher floor level but couldn’t upgrade because the hotel was all booked for the weekend.

Liked: Location was ok
Disliked: The staff was rude.. they kept closing the pool early.. had a leak in bathroom over the toilet took 2days to fix.. room was really small.. breakfast was not good at all. I’ve had the same type of breakfast other places and never tasted like this.. the maintenance man at pool was very rude and we had not been out all day.. closed it at 9 and it was supposed to be 11… I will never stay here again

Disliked: I wished my families room was put closer as requested

Liked: Location and it smelled very clean and no pets.
Disliked: They charge you housekeeping fee but no housekeeping services only replace towels! The carpets were not clean or vacuumed on any floor .
