Liked: Right on the ocean
Disliked: Room was small, never vacuumed room all week. Balcony was facing other hotel. Breakfast was ok, no one cleaning tables.

Liked: Pool and area around the pool was very nice. Small bar, but very nice and good food. Breakfast was ok.

Never again!
Liked: The beach/ocean and the fact we were still away from home
Disliked: There were a lot of things that needed to be fixed. The bedding seemed wet. The room kept sweating. It was so tiny and when I asked for help multiple times no one really came until like the middle of the second day, I had already been there maintenance came and fix the refrigerator after we slept all night with our food in there that we had just went to the grocery store and bought, we slept all night with the refrigerator door open because it wouldn’t shut. We had to put a cooler in front of the door. After asking multiple times for help and no one came i got tired of asking them for help. The people were rude every time you ask for something as far as housekeeping, and the people who were down doing breakfast we just stopped going to breakfast and we started going out getting our own food. I never really got to get into the pool. It was always packed with people and kids. The kids were rude, running and jumping all in the pool in your face. No parents were there didn’t seem like the hotel staff was not saying anything to the kids it was just not fun Being at the pool or the hot tub. We literally had to go stay at the beach all day every day we were there or sitting in the small room packed together. I mentioned needing a refund or at least some of my money back but they act like they didn’t understand so I will never stay there ever again it’s very unlikely. Nor would I refer it to anyone.
