Fantastic service all round

Liked: Absolute steal, the price we paid.Friendly staff, go above and beyond, fantastic rooms with great big comfy beds Only regret we weren’t there longer than 1 night

Liked: Staff were great..friendly, and very helpful
Disliked: Room had no a/c and was like a sauna. Bathroom had no extractor and had a very weak shower that was set for a seat so too low for me. Breakfast was very poor and not worth the money

Exceptional

Liked: A great hotel for people who don't seek publicity but value quality. They certainly offer excellent services, but I didn't use them. I judge it based on the quality of check-in. If you want to come to Belfast and remain anonymous, this is the hotel for you. Three separate entrances and a large parking lot allow you to slip by without being noticed. You can relax and take care of your business away from the attention of others.

We had a lovely time...

Liked: The assistant manager Garimal was exceptional, she went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Eamonn the Manager kindly organised a round of golf at a budget rate, Thank you we had a great day playing bad golf! The food in the bar was excellent.
Disliked: It was far too hot in the room. We had no air condition and only had access to a fan. We were lucky that we were out and about. The room was on the top floor 351.

Liked: The staff were all great, so friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean.
Disliked: There isn't air conditioning and the room was so hot! There's no shelves in the shower so the shower gel and shampoo had to be put on the floor, very little space in the bathroom itself, only just enough room for a toothbrush! Also the breakfast wasn't good, we went in at 9am and the cooked food was really dried up and tough. Not much of a selection overall.
