Great hotel

Liked: Stormont Hotel is a spotless clean hotel with friendly and efficient staff. A lovely lobby with comfortable soft seating to relax with a drink or bar food. We enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant, and breakfast offers so much choice it is a real treat. Our room had a good shower.. The icing on the cake was santy called on Christmas Eve, & left a gift for every room. What a lovelysurprise. .There is plenty of car parking space. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Disliked: Check in staff quite abrupt I did arrive before 3pm check in and was told I’m too earlyI think this could have been handled in a nicer way then at 3pm I had to queue up behind other guests to check inRoom very basicSurprised there was no bar fridge in roomSeemed like staff were not that friendly and definitely did not go out of their way to assist with enjoying the experience Food was satisfactory and enjoyed

Liked: The Hotel is lovely. The bed is so comfortable. We'd stayed here before so we knew about the comfy beds.
Disliked: While the Room and breakfast was a reasonable price my God the Hotel knows how to charge in the bar. Very expensive.
