Liked: Really comfortable bed

Not enjoyable

Disliked: Hot water/ shower scalded me. Despite the hotel knowing there were issues and had reported it to maintance they provided no warning. Dirty.Noise Cracks in the wallsKey card didn't work x3 times.

Liked: Breakfast excellent. Staff helpful and friendly. Quiet and convenient location

Disliked: A few niggles with the room, ie no plug, no air con, dirty shower head

Liked: Nice breakfast.Good location.Lovely staff.Easy parking.
Disliked: Someone couldn't get into their room so there was a lot of noise outside our room at 11pm.

Pleasant enough but no better...

Liked: Check in was easy and staff member was pleasant.Lovely decked area outside was clean, tidy with some beautiful hanging baskets.Room was clean
Disliked: Dirty corridor carpet where staff/contractors came through fire door.Bed was very hard but pillows were soft so not a good combination so didn't sleep very well.No plug by the mirror to plug in a hair drier and no mirror by the desk where to hotel hair drier was, so not a well though out room lay out. Tea and coffee making facilities put into the cubby wholes for clothes, not sure why they weren't just left on the desk where the guest had to move them to to use them!Breakfast wasn't kept very warm so wasn't very pleasant to eat. Bacon was very hard and scrambled egg very watery, which is a shame as after reading previous feedback before I booked the Breakfast was something people said was very good. Staff member behind desk in the morning dressed very unprofessionally in Black joggers and a grey SolCal sweatshirt/hoody and trainers who came through the dining room to fiddle with the TV.There was however a lovely lady dressed smartly who was dealing with guests.Litter in the car park when we arrived that was still there when we left the next day.
