Disliked: The room was to cramped, it stunk and was to hot, there was 1 staff member he was nice but saw him like twice. The showers in the room was shit. 1 was broke and 1 was really cold and they didn't tel us they was broke. I had to have a cold shower and have them knocking on door to tell me it was leaking. Headboard of the bed what my kids was staying on was broke. I told him take it out n he hammered it back on. Wasn't worth the money just glad it was only for 2 nights cause I couldn't of stayed for longer

Liked: The location was good for access to the Winter Gardens etc
Disliked: Staff were sullen. The whole property was dilapidated and unclean. Room hadn’t been properly cleaned. Beds uneven and unclean. No WiFi, no breakfast. Front door is left unlocked and open all night so anyone at all could come in off the street. Don’t get me wrong. I’m a realist. If it was a tenner a night, I’d say it was okay, but it cost a lot more than this. For this money you can do so much better.

Liked: Convenient location. Shower was hot.
Disliked: The property is filthy and smells. Bedding and towels are threadbare, ripped and unwashed. Walls have unpleasant stains on them. Floor is filthy. Shower dirty. If you have to stay here, I would highly recommend that you bring your own bedding and towels.

No value in staying here....

Liked: TV didn't work. Hair all over the floor. Cracked dirty mirrors. No milk or sugar supplied at start. No toiletries that were supposed to be there. No towel change or clean in the 4 night's we were there

Disliked: The shower had no where the hang, you had to hold it. There was a hole & mould on the bathroom ceiling. Only 1 towel for 2 people. The bedding didn’t match. And only 1 flat pillow each.
