Liked: The access to a balcony was nice, and the room was clean.I had to reschedule the booking, the day I was due to check in, as I became very sick and admitted to the hospital. I'd already paid, so i messaged the property to ask them if I was able to move the booking forward a few days?! If not, I wanted to put the booking in a family members name so as not to waste my money. They told me to just change the date via booking.com, however i wasn't able to and booking.com recommended contacting stirling arms to see if they could help instead.Thankfully, they would allow me to change it, but the original room type i had chosen was now booked out and informed me it would cost an additional $40, due to the room being a bigger size and to please respond by 8pm if I would like to accept that offer.
Disliked: At 7.30pm i received message with the hotel front door code, the room number and a code for the rooms door. As I was in hospital emergency i didn't reply to the offer until 7.34pm but still well with in time.7.44pm I received a very rude reply stating since they had already sent me the codes they will be making sure management knows that if the room gets used at all they will not reschedule. 30 mins later don't worry we have changed the codes and we will see you Tuesday. Upon arrival i checked in, paying the additional $40 for the room. The room was tiny. There is no way this one is bigger than the one I chose on booking.com. I check the evacuation floor plan. The room i was originally in and had paid for was twice the size of the one they had checked me into.They couldn't explain how not only was I now in one of their smallest rooms (not what i paid for). They had also charged me an extra $40 for a supposed room upgrade but had checked someone else into that room, so was unable to give me that room. The room size I paid for unavailable, the upgraded room i paid extra for unavailable. No offer to refund the difference between the original booked room and what I received, only returned the extra $40. The railway crossing directly across the road, blowing its horn every time it passes through the intersection is so loud. I won't stay here ever again. Very very disappointed

Liked: So central to the airport, as we flew in from Port hedland n a perfect location to completely relax while waiting for a international flight, Food was awesome and staff was really good. Good staff is hard to find theses days. Rooms awesome.
