Liked: Beautiful room, very clean and well appointed. Particularly liked how they considered the environmental impact of their products and services
Disliked: Wish we had been told the clock tower was under scaffolding when you've paid extra for the clock tower view room

The Statler Hotel provided excellent...

Liked: I liked the personalized treatment, which started from the moment I entered. When I gave my name when checking in, I was greeted with, “Welcome. You’re coming up from Maryland!” The rest of my stay was just as pleasant. It reminded me of the friendly and efficient service that companies like Disney Cruise Line shows their customers. I also want to give a shoutout to the Valet staff—they were always super fast.
Disliked: No complaints whatsoever.
