Disliked: Gluten meals expensive could have got large gluten free chips and burger from gluten free chip shop for under £10 not £20. For me pub meals no longer a option

Liked: My stay was for 2 nights, room rate was the same for both nights. However, when I got back from work no housekeeping had been done, no fresh towels or top up of milk, tea, coffee. I went to the bar who advised no housekeeping takes place during stay - only on check out but they would Bering towels, milk to my room. I never got them. Rate needs to be reduced for subsequent numbers gets stay if no housekeeping takes place as you're being charged for services that are not provided.
Disliked: As above.
