The Station Hotel

Friendly staff; great sized room and great breakfast. Very pleasant stay.

Disliked: Our TV or Wi-Fi didn’t work due to no signal in our room.

Liked: The station hotel is lovely and central and modern down stairs
Disliked: The rooms could do with a makeover as they are very basic and dated also the room was roasting when we arrived

Liked: I stayed in one of the cheapest rooms in the hotel and I was happy with the value I got for money. I couldn't expect more for the price I paid.

Liked: The hotel itself is lovely , close to train station and bus station - rooms were comfortable
Disliked: We arrived at 00.25 after a long bus journey to be told they had given our twin room away ( despite me booking and paying for this room type) as it had rained a lot in Aberdeen yesterday and people needed the room and that it was my fault as I was checking in so late ( again this should not matter as it’s my room that I booked so regardless what time I’m checking it I have booked and paid for that room type. So they tried to call the holiday inn close by to accommodate us and they wouldn’t answer phone so in the end my mother and I had to share a bed - not ideal and not what we had booked. We were exhausted and just wanted to sleep.
