Friendly staff; great sized room and great breakfast. Very pleasant stay.

Disliked: Our TV or Wi-Fi didn’t work due to no signal in our room.

Disliked: Shower (water and temperature) practically uncontrollable. Very noisy (thin walls and squeaky floor). Smelly carpets.

Liked: Reception staff were helpful esp when you arrived before checkin time. Bed was very comfortable

Liked: Location is great as it’s close to union square
Disliked: Damp spots on the wall. Decor is very outdated and the bed was creaking and not comfortable. The room was too hot as we were on top floor so a fan would’ve been good. When we dropped off our keys they just said thanks. Not even how was your stay or anything. Bit basic

Disliked: The room was horrible, box room, window half boarded up, no sleep with fire doors banging till all hours, the one part of the window had no handle yo open an close it, worst stay with the hotel

Liked: Location is excellent
Disliked: The room was damp with damp marks on the wall and some of the plaster falling off. The carpets are stained TV didn't work. The bathroom is too dark shower cubicle has no lighting in it what so ever. The shower dripped the entire night. I couldn't open the velux window as the seagulls were trying to get in. On top of that the room was extremely warm.

Liked: Good location for visiting family, just a shame you have to pay for parking now
Disliked: Paying for parking at the hotel which now adds extra cost to our visit

Disliked: The room was unlike any picture on the website. The room was out dated with tattered furniture, marked curtains, faded rugs, dirty bath tubs, etc. I was moved room but it was similar but thankfully cleaner.
