Liked: The rooms are beautifully appointed with everything you might need. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the bed was really comfortable. Fabulous central location close to everything New Plymouth has to offer. The room was quite snug, but it was just me, and I only needed a place to sleep, so it suited me. Plus, the hotel messaged me a few days before to advise that the room was smaller, and if I wanted to move to a larger one, I could. I would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Great location. Easy parking. Eclectic interesting decor. Very comfortable bed. AJ is a friendly and welcoming manager/owner. All of which makes for a great place to stay. Shining Peak Brewery is also a great bar/restaurant with fabulous staff in easy walking distance.

Liked: Wonderful interior decorating of the hotel. Modern fittings and furnishings in the bedroom. Polite and very helpful staff.

Liked: A wonderful building, beautifully appointed and a charming manager. We were travelling with some friends from Auckland who also stayed int he hotel and we all enjoyed our stay: the guest lounge was a particular treat.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The staff were super friendly and the decor is great with loads of lovely art. It's also a great location and there is a free car-parking area nearby.
Disliked: That there is no lift, but it was not really too much of an issue.
