Will be back again

Liked: We’ve been coming to the Starlux for years. The staff is great; friendly and accommodating. It is very clean as well. I would like to mention Carla who was amazing at her job.
Disliked: I didn’t like the man that manned the desk during the day. Didn’t seem friendly. The elevator broke down as we were leaving. We were on the 4th floor. My husband almost got stuck in it. He told the man at the desk and got no response at all. He either doesn’t like his job or he doesn’t like people. Never had an unfriendly staff member in all my years coming here.

Awesome stay! Cant wait to...

Liked: Location was perfect! Clean rooms and nice pool. Very friendly staff!
Disliked: Need to fix balcony door handle. AC units can be a bit loud. Traffic can also be loud.

Liked: It was very central and accommodating.
Disliked: We happened to go when they were repainting so we couldn't use the pool for a whole day.
