Love this place

Liked: I love the customer service specially Wilson from the front desk.Place is always clean and nice, beds are comfortable and rooms are very well kept.

I would stay here again,...

Liked: Quiet, comfortable good price for right at the beach.
Disliked: Main office is 4 blocks away, I did not know this. So I was quite confused when trying to find the place, had to call a few times. But staff was friendly. Also to have off street parking was an additional $20 per night.

Liked: I rented for a room at the starfish. There was none available so they gave me one at the Granier. Everything looked very dirty. It smelled bad. The shower was completely clogged. The water came all the way up to the top we couldn’t use the shower. It was just a very bad experience, and we had to make a line for over an hour and a half to be able to check in.
Disliked: Rooms need to be cleaned. Need more staff to help at the front desk too many people checking in and only two people helping people are waiting for more than two hours to check in.
