Liked: The nice staff who helped direct people to lifts etc. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The misleading information regarding the $50 food/drink voucher. It could not be used for drinks and only for food or casino restaurant dining on the night. Which was useless to us as we ate elsewhere as was preplanned with friends. Could not use on day of checkout. So it was useless to us.Check in and checkout took too long as there were never enough staff on for that. Casino itself was horrendous later Sat night, extremely loud doosh doosh music.

Disliked: Limited in room dinning. The cleaners come way too early and when you’re not ready or in the shower they leave a note saying to call if required. The place is getting old and dated, I can see why they are in trouble.This place is just too big and run down, carpets are tatty. The buffet breakfast is $50 per person with no exceptions, I can only eat very little due to health issues and when I asked if I could get the kids rate the man was rude said your not a child and it’s $50 or leave, I left. This place is not cheap by any means and it’s not worth it. This hotel is for the Asian tourists happy to give their money away at the casino, majority of the staff are Asian and English is definitely not their first language so trying to explain some things can be difficult when they don’t understand. I’m not racist, there are many colours in my family, but when you pay good money you should get good service. Stay elsewhere.
