I really love the star...

Liked: Very comfortable and great location
Disliked: The price was a bit expensive and the toilet wasn’t working properly

Great Place to stay on...

Liked: Comfortable beds, rooms had plenty of space. Shower was fabulous. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were great.
Disliked: Friday night there was a guest screaming and woke us up.

Really enjoyed our stay

Liked: Very handy to everything. Beds were super comfy. Front counter staff were friendly.
Disliked: Our room wasn’t cleaned first day as we forgot to put light on. Second day we put light on but still not cleaned . Cleaners came around 4.30-5pm. Had just got back from a busy day and just wanted to relax so told them not to worry. Third day made beds and changed towels.didn’t do floors

Liked: I liked the room and show package.
Disliked: The bar staff we encountered looked miserable and uninterested in their job. Lighting in our room was dysfunctional. You queue and wait like cattle in lines for meals, drinks, and checkin. It was like a glorified pokie place for teenagers. It was not at all what I expected from the casino and has definitely lowered it standards in terms of hospitality, staff, and restaurant quality. .
