Disliked: Terrible lighting with very sensitive sensors kept us awake; Hardly anything was open in the hotel especially during lunch; don’t stay Tuesday to Thursday.

It was an amazing place...

Liked: Location was great, the view from the room was great, beds were comfy, everything was clean, the smell as soon as we walked in was amazing. I'd love to know how to get my house to smell like that.
Disliked: The staff on the casino floor were average at best. The staff at reception and the concierge were great. Food was awesome but the gaming staff lacked any personality whatsoever

Liked: We have stayed before so this stay was what we expected.
Disliked: We did have trouble redeeming our $50 per day food and beverage voucher. Even though the staff try to explain how to use they use too many words and don't explain it properly. After not being able to use the first night and losing the $50 I went to reception and an amazing lady helped me. The key words when explaining should be "when ordering something say charge back to room and give room number" but this is NOT explained. Once we knew this redeeming the next days $50 was so easy.
