Liked: Jim and his staff were all very friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to organise transport for us.The room was big, nicely decorated, clean, with a very comfortable bed.Drink making facilities in the room, with a selection of coffee pods and fresh milk in the mini fridge.Good lighting, Breakfast was delicious, made with good quality produce.We would definitely stay again.

A relaxing and enjoyable stay

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at the Star and Garter, a wonderful wee pub nestled in the heart of the national park. The team were incredibly welcoming and helpful, meals were excellent and the room comfortable and well appointed. The team have developed a brochure of walking loops from the pub which is an excellent initiative.
