Liked: Quiet location & property. Room was clean & beautifully decorated. Breakfast was included & everything we needed. Staff were pleasant & helpful.
Disliked: Room was a little small & being an old property the floor sloped but neither affected our stay.

Liked: We loved it. Full of character. Clean. Staff were lovely. Lots of toiletries. Location was very good. Food was excellent. Excellent wine list. Good selection of gins.
Disliked: We loved everything about the property

good but the above breakfast...

Liked: rooms food all good.
Disliked: only drawback for us was an early start on Saturday. I did call ahead and asked if it was possible for something anything to be put out for us to eat something - even a banana would have been or cereal would have been appreciated. But was told no. so paid for 2 x breakfasts which we were able to have.

Superb

Liked: A warm and friendly welcome. Quiet and peaceful location. Comfortable bed and excellent breakfast. Definitely one to return to when we are up in Yorkshire again.

Short yet comfortable stay

Liked: A very nice little country Pub just as we imagined it. In a lovely little village surrounded by beautiful countryside.The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We only stayed one night and sorry we missed out on the diner at the pub as we were booked in somewhere else. The diner menu looked really nice.Highly recommended and will definitely consider staying there again.

An enjoyable, comfortable one night...

Liked: Friendly welcome, good sized bed and room, great shower. Food was excellent both dinner and breakfast. Staff attentive and friendly. Dining area, beautifully laid out and lovely ambience.
Disliked: Could not really fault anything but if I was to be very picky I would have liked a softer pillow.
