Liked: Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We could have done with an extra pillow each, as the others were too soft.The breakfast was very poor - no croissants, the breakfast food was not being replenished and the coffee machine was broken. The staff were doing their best to retrieve the situation but it was clearly not very well organised. Also, despite numerous emails inviting me to sample your range of real ales, there was only actually one on tap!

Liked: The room was really comfortable and clean airy and great big bed. Staff on reception helpful and polite. Breakfast staff friendly and professional everyone looked smart and answered questions intelligently. Breakfast ingredients good quality. Outside was clean and inviting would stay again there is a lovely vibe at this Hotel.
Disliked: Breakfast cold offerings had virtually run out no pastries, fresh fruit or croissants left.There was still an hour of breakfast service left at this point!Hot food also very sparce, but staff were cooking more as quickly as possible, very helpful and did their best with a smile

Liked: Great location for Manchester. Very nicely decorated hotel with good facilities.
Disliked: Cooked buffet breakfast was cold.

Disliked: The first room we were put in was very dated old bathroom dark furniture even though I had paid for a deluxe double room this was not deluxe. At first glance it looked ok bed seemed comfy when sat on. I found dark hairs in the bed, I'm blond! there were someone's used contact lenses on the bedside table and toe nail clippings on the floor. That was enough for me to go down to reception to ask to change rooms. Lovely chap in front desk found us a new room straight away. The new room was a lot better and what I would say was the room we paid for in the first place. Bed super comfy big bay window, clean and a bit more modern even had air con and bath robes. We only stayed 1 night and left before breakfast to catch our flight so can't comment on breakfast. I'd stay here again for the closeness of the airport
