Beautiful location and perfect if...

Liked: The food both at breakfast and evening was very good and the service also excellent Ideal position for Manchester airport
Disliked: The bed and pillows were un comfy so didn't get a really good nights sleep having said that no bed is like your own

Friendly staff

Liked: The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The room was ok but a little warm, and we couldn't open the windows.
Disliked: The bed was adequate but not very comfortable.

Liked: The general Manager, Chris was so helpful. We had a wedding to get to however the taxi would take 30 minutes to arrive, so he very kindly offered to drop us to the venue in his car, so nice and very friendly
Disliked: Was a but difficult to travel to and from the hotel, but not really their fault.

Liked: Lovely garden setting, nicely decorated room, modern bathroom and power shower with big fluffy towels. The breakfast area of the bar had a pleasant atmosphere with a good variety of food on offer.
Disliked: Car park and paths uneven due to hillside location. Breakfast service was a bit hit and miss, we weren’t asked if we wanted anything cooked to order and staff were slow to clear our plates.

Liked: Excellent service, friendly staff, warm welcome, early check in possible. Good breakfast for £12pp. Complimentary tea and coffee. Good size room, very comfortable.
Disliked: Room temperature could have been controlled within room. More ventilation in bathroom. Lighter sheets and bedding options
