It was okay

Liked: It was comfortable and there were a lot of facilities to use.
Disliked: The window was broken, the curtains were still stained (we had stayed in the same room in February and this was the same), the kettle inside had a layer of mould and limescale at the bottom. The bathroom smelt bad, may have been a drainage issue.

Liked: Location was decent. Rooms were very clean and well kept.
Disliked: The main website says the rooms have fridges.So on the way to the hotel I bought some stuff…and there was no fridge. Ended up sneaking it in the breakfast fridge because I didn’t know what else to do. Also my room had a small fan but my friend next door did not and it was boiling in the rooms. Even though it cooled down the last couple days of the stay, the rooms remained incredibly warm. I had to sleep with a wet towel the first couple of nights.

Liked: Outstanding Location. Central Location which is close to everything.Staff friendly. While interaction with stafff was minimal they were friendly and proefessional. Very welcoming.Rooms clean and comfortable. Rooms were imaculately clean and comfortable. Having the fan available in the room (and the blackout blinds) were greatly appriciated.
Disliked: The only flaw that could be found with this premises was the carpark (or lack of) Not having an onsite carpark could be a downside in very bad weather. Again this is outside the control of the hotel, as it is an old town and every sq foot is put to full use.If you arrive at Check In time and stay until Checkout time parking at £7.50 is more expensive that other alternatives, but given the quality of the accomadation (and the good weather) wasn't the end of the world.
