Liked: Location is excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. View from the room was incredible!

Great location convenient to NYU...

Liked: The location was perfect to visit my NYU student. The king size room was spacious, with a desk, fridge and great mini-bar. Our room was on the back of the hotel, so not a great view, but the location was more important. The bathroom was so big for a NYC hotel with beautiful finishes. And everyone we encountered at the hotel was so friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We were on the third floor back of the hotel, so our view was not great. I would trade that anytime for the super centralized location for my visit! I am also a value traveler and did not want to upgrade the room for a view. :)

Bad experience

Liked: Did’t get the same room I paid for on the 1st night. Room was dusty and with a bad smell and they did nothing about it.

Great location and friendly helpful...

Liked: Nice size room with good shower and opening window. Quiet room in 12th floor
Disliked: Lower floor rooms can be noisy due to street activity but also the noisy bar / club
